Sadie is a PhD student in the Integrated Remote Sensing Studio (IRSS) in Faculty of Forestry at UBC. Her graduate studies center applying emerging remote sensing technologies to active forest operations and fire-risk assessments in British Columbia. She is the co-founder of the Vancouver Chapter of the Society for Conservation GIS and an active proponent of climate change education across age groups.
