Ben Hall is a Partner and head of Operations at Spearhead Timberworks, where he leads innovation, operational strategy, and growth initiatives. With a background in Industrial Design and experience in high-precision manufacturing, Ben brings a product design approach to advanced timber fabrication – grounding architectural ambition in structural logic, efficiency, and performance.
Having worked throughout the company in a wide range of roles, Ben developed a deep understanding of craft and process that now informs his operational leadership. He focuses on continuous improvement, advanced fabrication technologies, and aligning design intent with materials and manufacturing methods to optimize the value of British Columbia wood products.
Through this work, Ben is committed to strengthening local supply chains, advancing sustainable forestry practices, and positioning the Southern Interior as a global leader in value-added timber innovation.
