Hannah earned her B.S.F from the University of British Columbia in 2021 and became an R.P.F in 2023. She worked as the silviculture forester for Simpcw Resources Group before beginning graduate school at Oregon State University. She is now a PhD student at Oregon State University where she studies microclimate dynamics in both silviculture systems and burned forests. She has been involved with the Mother Tree Project for more than a decade and is now leading her own research within it. “
