RPF, BSF, Stewardship Officer, Selkirk District, Ministry of Forests
Brent Ziegler is the Stewardship Officer for the Selkirk District and he lives in Castlegar. He has had this role for 3 years and before that he was a Forest Carbon Specialist with the Forest Carbon Initiative. In his 25 year career in Forestry, he has done silviculture surveys, block and road layout, planting supervision, and cruising. He has worked for licensees, contractors and now with the provincial government. In his spare time, he enjoys biking and hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
