Jennifer Reid is the Regional Executive Director for the Thompson Okanagan Region with the BC Ministry of Forests. She oversees regional operations and supports statutory decisions across a wide range of land based resource management work. Jennifer focuses on practical, collaborative ways to tackle today’s forestry challenges—everything from shifting stewardship expectations and changing forest conditions to the ongoing move toward shared decision making with First Nations. With experience in both operational and policy roles, she is committed to helping teams work through complex issues with clarity, consistency, and respect for diverse perspectives.
