Martin is an Operational Forester with Monticola Management Ltd., bringing over a decade of hands-on field experience to the role. He began his forestry career in 2009 as a tree planter and wildland firefighter, gaining deep foundational knowledge while supervising a variety of field-based activities across all aspects of silviculture. After graduating from Selkirk College in 2017, Martin maintained his momentum in the field, continuing to supervise and execute complex field operations before transitioning into work as a Silviculture Surveyor. He joined Monticola Management Ltd. as an Operational Forester in 2025.
